心理社会的介入プログラム評価におけるフィデリティ尺度評価法
内 容：
この特論では、心理社会的介入プログラムの評価研究で、近年急速に注目されるようになったフィデリティ尺度評価法の意義や背景、評価方法、使用方法、作成方法、尺度発展の課題などについて、雑誌論文等の輪読を通して学習し、参加者が関心を持つそれぞれの領域での活用方法についてともに議論することを目的にします。
フィデリティ尺度とは、科学的根拠に基づく心理社会的実践プログラム(Evidence-Based Practices; EBP)の実施・普及を促進するために、実践モデルの明確化・定式化を行って、プログラムの必須要素を尺度化したものの総称です。プログラムの質を評価・モニターするとともに、アウトカム評価と関連づけて効果的な援助要素(critical components)を明らかにし、より効果的なモデル構築を図ることが可能になります。そのため、近年、EBPに関するサービス研究、サービス普及研究の発展に伴って、フィデリティ尺度の評価や測定法に関心が集まっています。
